Abbotsford, BC (pcJ News Briefs) – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (TSX-V: GSI; OTCPK: GKPRF) intends to close a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $0.30 for a period of 24 months from the date of closing, subject to accelerated expiry.
Gatekeeper Systems intends to use the gross proceeds for expansion of sales, its stop arm camera business, marketing and operations staff, and general working capital.
