Green Matters Inc., a Vancouver based developer of heat recovery technology, has raised $720,000 as part of proposed $5 million private funding round. The new round is priced at $0.50 per common share.
Green Matters Inc. was founded in December 2011 as an Ontario corporation and continued into BC as a BC company in 2015.
Green Matters has been funded to-date through equity financing by the company’s founders and private placements with over $7.0 million raised from private investors
