Group Eleven Resources closes private financing

Group Eleven Resources Corp., a newly incorporated private zinc company focused on Ireland, has raised $3.8 million in private financing from investors from Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom and Singapore.

Led by Bart Jaworski (CEO), John Barry (Chairman), David Furlong (GM) and Andrew Farncomb (Corporate Development), Group Eleven Resources Limited is a Dublin-based, private company formed in early 2015 to explore and develop advanced zinc exploration assets in Ireland.

Group Eleven currently holds one of the largest licence packages in Ireland, consisting of 82 licences covering 2,700 km2, held in three main project areas – Silvermines, Tralee and PG West.

Group Eleven Resources Corp. owns 100% of Group Eleven Resources Limited.

MAG Silver Corp. (TSX/NYSE: MAG) holds 14% of interest in Group Eleven pre-financing.

Group Eleven Resources is planning to go public on a Canadian stock exchange in 2017.
