CPE News Brief (10.18.2023) – The Hiive Company Limited has reportedly raised US $4.2 million in Series A funding led by Uncorrelated Ventures with participation from Splash Capital, Harmony Venture Partners, Hack VC, Agmen Capital, and others.
The Hiive Company is a fintech startup offering a marketplace for buyers and sellers of shares in private and pre-IPO, venture-backed companies. The trading platform allows qualified investors to place an order to buy or sell shares of late-stage companies directly with another party, without the need for a live broker.
Hiive Markets Limited is a member of FINRA/SIPC and registered exempt market dealer (EMD) in Ontario and British Columbia.
The Hiive companies are Ontario companies based in Vancouver.
