CPE News (12/21/2020) – Inovia Capital Inc. has launched Inovia Growth Fund II. The firm has yet to make any announcement.
Launched in 2018, Inovia Growth Fund I is being managed by Inovia Growth Capital Inc. with GPs including Dennis Kavelman, Chris Arsenault, and Patrick Pichette.
Inovia Growth Fund II will be managed directly by Inovia Capital Inc. with Chris Arsenault, Shawn Abbott, François Gauvin, and Nijjar Karamdeep as GPs.
A separate Inovia Growth Holdings II fund will be managed GPs from both Inovia Growth Capital Inc. and Inovia Capital Inc.
