Bench Accounting Inc. has raised US $13.9 million or CDN $18.34 million at US $0.7252 in Series B-1 financing led by iNovia Capital.
In connection with the financing, Shawn Abbott, Partner of iNovida Capital, has joined Bench Accounting board of directors.
Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP acted as legal counsel to Bench Accounting.
In April 2016, Bench Accounting Inc. raised US $15 million in Series B led by Bain Capital Ventures at a price of US $0.5827 per share. Investors also include US investors, Atlos Ventures, Contour Ventures Partners, Alphine Meridian and two Canadian family offices, Hedgewood and Lyra Growth Partners.
