Inovia Capital Inc. has held an initial close for Inovia Venture Fund V.
Limited partner investors include BDC Capital, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Air Canada Pension Fund/Trans-Canada Capital.
Fund V is led by Chris Arsenault, Shawn Abbott, François Gauvin, Nijjar Karamdeep, Dennis Kavelman, and Patrick Pichette.
Inovia fund 4, iNovia Investment Fund 2018, final closed in October 2019 with US $215 million in total committed capital.
With offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, San Francisco and London, Inovia Capital manages over US $1 billion across early and growth funds.
