CPE News (11/8/2021) – Ironbridge Equity Partners has held an $383 million closing for its fourth fund. A large group of limited partner investors participated in the closing.
Alan G. Sellery and Peter Samson will lead the fund and the fund investment partners also include Peter Dowse, Jeffrey N. Murphy, and Andrew Walton.
Ironbridge Equity Partners has yet to make announcement for the closing.
Ironbridge Equity Partners’ third fund is a fully committed $238 million fund raised in April 2016.
Toronto based Ironbridge is a Canadian private equity firm whose strategy is to make equity and equity-linked investments in high-quality, mid-market, Canadian private companies. The firm focuses on traditional industry businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, consumer products and services, and business products and services spaces.
