JC Asset disposes portion of D-Box shares

Montreal (pcJ News Briefs) – JC Asset Management Group (Canada) Inc., formerly known as Gold-Finance (Canada) Asset Management Limited, has sold 400,000 common shares of D-Box Technologies Inc.(TSX: DBO) on TSX at the prices between $0.39 to $0.51 for proceeds of $181,700.

On December 18, 2015, Hangzhou, China based Gold-Finance invested $5 million in D-Box, acquiring 11,111,111 units at $0.45 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and ¾ of one share purchase warrant with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional share at $0.60 until June 18, 2017.

After giving effect to sale, JC Group beneficially owns an aggregate of 10,711,111 common shares and 8,333,333 warrant, together representing approximately 10.35% of the issued and outstanding shares on a partially diluted basis.
