Toronto (pcJ News Briefs) – KPMG in Canada has acquired ToMont Solutions, a leading Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting services practice. This acquisition combines ToMont’s capability in Oracle EPM implementation with KPMG’s Financial Management (FM) experience in Finance transformation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation to better serve its clients. Through an already established exclusive strategic alliance, KPMG and ToMont have successfully worked together on numerous engagements over the past three years.
ToMont Solutions co-founders, Erik Woods and Michael Dennis will join KPMG’s Advisory practice as Partners along with co-owners, Tom Carolan and Mathieu Bedard as a Vice-President and Director, respectively.
