Link Global Technologies files for $1.5M IPO on CSE

Link Global Technologies Inc. has filed a preliminary prospectus in connection with an initial public offering of up to 5,000,000 common shares at $0.30 per share for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000.

Vancouver based Link Global Technologies intends to apply for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

Leede Jones Gable Inc. acts as the underwriter for the offering. Clark Wilson LLP and Salley Bowes Harwardt LC act as legal counsel to Link Global and the underwriters.

Led by President Stephen Jenkins, Link Global Technologies Inc. is a cryptocurrency and blockchain platform company that is focused on the opportunities in mining public blockchains and applying permissions blockchain technology through supply chains.

Link Global Technologies has three wholly-owned subsidiaries incorporated in the State of Oregon, of which Bman Corp. is wholly-owned by the Company and Austin Powers LLC and Toasty Hosting LLC are wholly-owned by Bman

Upon closing of the offering and assuming maximum offering, Link Global will have 35,452,666 shares on a fully diluted basis, valuing the company at $10.6 million at the offering price.
