CPE News (5/11/2021) – LiveBarn Inc. has secured a significant minority growth equity investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC (SGE). Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
In conjunction with the transaction, SGE’s Scott Feldman and Jeff Steinberg will join LiveBarn’s expanded 11-member board of directors. Aneesha Raghunathan and Dennis Kim will join LiveBarn’s board as observers.
Montreal based LiveBarn LiveBarn provides Live & On-Demand broadcasting of amateur and youth sporting events. Its patented technology and camera system automatically follow the flow of the game – similar to a traditional television broadcast. Capital to grow LiveBarn’s live and on-demand streaming services across youth sports

The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
LiveBarn provides Live & On-Demand broadcasting of amateur and youth sporting events so athletes, coaches, and fans never miss a moment of the game. Through its cutting-edge, patented technology and camera system, LiveBarn has grown 40% year over year and now broadcasts from over 1,000 sports venues across the United States and Canada, including hockey rinks, indoor court sports (volleyball & basketball), turf venues (soccer, lacrosse, football), baseball/softball fields, gymnastics, and aquatics. To date, LiveBarn has streamed over 50 million hours of amateur and youth sporting events.
