CPE News Brief (5.18.2022) – Maverix Growth Equity has raised additional capital commitments from private investors for its inaugural growth equity fund.
Maverix Growth Equity Fund I is a 2019-vintage US $500 million growth equity fund. Maverix Growth Equity did not make announcement on the formal closing of the fund.
Led by General Partners (GPs), John Ruffolo, Mark Maybank, and Michael Wasserman, Toronto based Maverix Growth Equity targets North American companies with rapidly growing revenue and evidence of a profitable business model.
