McCarthy Tétrault has acquired Wortzmans, Canada’s leading e-discovery law firm.
The Wortzman team led by founder Susan Wortzman will be integrated into McCarthy Tétrault . Wortzman will join McCarthy Tétrault as an equity partner and Wortzmans will continue to operate as a separate e-discovery and managed review service for its clients.
This acquisition marks another first for McCarthy Tétrault and solidifies its role as an innovative leader in the legal market.
