Methodology
Data is complied from Private Capital Dealbase, CPE Media’s all new private capital deal database. Information is collected and cross-verified from numerous public sources.
Private Equity deals include completed control, add-on acquisition, significant minority growth equity, and private equity debt deals.
Excluded are subordinate debt investments, pure commercial debt, property acquisitions, and so called acquisition for expansion deals by venture-backed companies.
