Mobify Research and Development Inc., a leading provider of mobile customer engagement solution for retailers and brands, has raised [mepr-active rule=”374″ ifallowed=”hide”]##subscriber ONLY content##[/mepr-active][mepr-active rule=”374″]$5.5[/mepr-active] million in Class D Preference share financing led by BDC Capital with participation of existing investor, Action Capital Partners.
Mobify’s investors also include BEST Funds, Plaza Ventures. Mobify previously raised $11 million in Series C and debt financing led by Acton. Series C round valued the company at US $50 million.
