CPE News (3/17/2021) – My Site Developments Inc. has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) of a minimum of 4,000,000 and a maximum of 5,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for minimum gross proceeds of $400,000 and maximum gross proceeds of $500,000.
The offering is led by PI Financial Corp. on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Northwest Law Group and MLT Aikins LLP act as legal counsel to My Site and the underwriter respectively.
My Site Developments has applied for the listing of its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
Vancouver based My Site Developments Inc. is a software developer that specializes in online investment management applications for private equity firms. The software is a fully managed and hosted solution that streamlines investment administration, customer relationship management and investor reporting.
My Site Developments has previously raised $132,500 from a founder round and a private placement.
My Site Developments intends to use proceeds from the offering for software development, server maintenance expenditures and general and administrative expenses.
