CPE News (6/16/2021) – TRC Companies, Inc., a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, L.L.C., has acquired Quatric Solutions Inc., a Montréal and Quincy, Massachusetts based provider of engineering services and technology solutions to electric and gas utilities.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded by CFO Giovanni Tagliamonti and President Michel Ghanem, Quatric provides operational technology expertise, engineering services, business applications and technology solutions for operations in the Utilities and Telecommunications sectors.
Windsor, Connecticut based TRC Companies is a global firm providing environmentally focused and digitally powered solutions that address local needs.
Formerly listed on NYSE, TRC Companies was taken private by New Mountain Capital in June 2017.
