Ni2 has officially announced the closing of $6 million round of financing from Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins (CRCD).
The financing closed in three closings in 2017 and 2018. In connection with the financing, Lous Gaudreau, has joined Ni2 board of directors.
Ni2 intends to use new funding to accelerate its commercial operations and expand its market presence in North America, Europe, and Asia, as well as to strengthen its service and development teams in Montréal and in Liège, Belgium, where the company holds its European operation.
Montreal based Ni2 develops and markets next-generation cross-domain ICT service and resource lifecycle and inventory management software. The Ni2 software is specifically designed for Service Providers to effectively and efficiently monetize services.
