Novacap acquires Logibec from GI Partners

CPE News (12/22/2020) – Novacap, in partnership with Investissement Québec (IQ), has acquired Logibec from GI Partners. IQ, a minority shareholder of Logibec, rolled over its stake as part of the transaction.

Founded in 1982, Logibec is one of Canada’s largest healthcare technology companies and is entirely dedicated to contributing to the better delivery of patient care and to assisting healthcare managers in their day to day operations through technology.

GI Partners, in partnership with Investissement Quebec and CEO Marc Brunet, acquired Logibec from OMERS Private Equity in January 2015.

Transaction brings Logibec back to Canadian ownership
