ODAIA Intelligence secures $13.8M Series A led by Flint Capital

CPE News (2.10.2022) – ODAIA Intelligence Inc. has raised US $13.8 million in Series A funding led by Flint Capital with participation from Innospark Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Graphite Ventures, and existing investors BDC Capital’s Women in Tech Fund, MaRS IAF, StandUp Ventures, Panache Ventures and others.

Andrew Gershfeld, Partner at Flint Capital, and Matt Fates, Venture Partner at Innospark Ventures, will join ODAIA board of directors.

Founded by Periklis Andritsos, Helen Kontozopoulos, Gael Bernard, and Philip Poulidis, Toronto based ODAIA is an enterprise AI Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. The company was founded out of the University of Toronto in collaboration with the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.

in a more personalized manner which helps bring life-altering therapeutics to the right patient, at the right time.

In September 2019, ODAIA closed a $1.6 million seed round of financing co-led by Panache Ventures and StandUp Ventures with participation from BDC Capital’s Women in Technology Venture Fund, Inovia Capital and MaRS IAF. They joined pre-seed investors including Toronto Innovation Acceleration Partners, University of Toronto’s UTEST, N49P, Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE), and Amar Varma, co-founder of Autonomic.ai (acquired by Ford).
