ONCAP IV is a US $1.1 billion 2016-vintage fund.
Established in 2000 as the exclusive middle-market private equity platform of Onex, ONCAP has offices in Toronto and New York.
ONCAP is led by Managing Partner Michael Lay, with senior investment team consisting of Managing Partner Gregory Baylin, Senior Partner Mark Gordon, and Managing Directors, Aly Hadibhai, Wole James, Edmund Kim, Ryan Mashinter, Stephen Marshall, and Adam Shantz.
