CPE News (3.3.2022) – J/K Labs Inc., dba OpsLevel, has officially announced the closing of US $15 million in Series A funding led by Threshold Ventures with participation from Vertex Ventures, S28 Capital, Webb Investment Network, and a number of private investors.
The Series A closed in 2021. Mohammad (Mo) Islam, Partner of Threshold Ventures, has joined OpsLevel board of directors.
LaBarge Weinstein LLP acted as legal counsel.
Founded by CEO John Laban and CTO Kenneth Rose, Toronto based OpsLevel is a platform for engineering orgs to track, manage, and improve (reliability, security, and quality) their microservices.
In September 2020, OpsLevel raised US $5 million in seed funding led by Vertex Ventures with participation of S28 Capital, Webb Investment Network, Union Capital and private investors.
