In July 2021, impact.com raised US $150 million in funding led by Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and joined by Providence Public, the public equities group of Providence Equity Partners, bringing impact’s valuation to US $1.5 billion. QIA and Providence Public joined existing investors Silversmith Capital Partners and another investor.
