Knowlton Development Corporation Inc. (KDC), a portfolio company of NOVACAP Industries IV, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Investissement Québec (IQ), Export Development Canada (EDC), Fondaction CSN, has acquired Aromair Fine Fragrance Company Inc. from Aromair Group, a portfolio company of Strategic Value Partners (SVPGlobal).
The transaction closed on November 8, 2107 and financial terms were not disclosed.
Following the transaction, the Aromair Group will be renamed.
New Albany, Ohio based Aromair Fine Fragrance Company Inc. is a leading, full service manufacturer and supplier specializing in Fine Fragrance, Home & Air Care categories.
