PE owned Atis Group acquires Fenestration Pro-Tech

Atis Group Inc., a portfolio company of Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins and Fondaction CSN, has acquired Fenestration Pro-Tech from owner Gary-John Rahill. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989, Stanbridge Station, Quebec based Fenestration Pro-Tech Doors and Windows has built a solid reputation for its personalized approach, the quality of its products and its after-sales service.

Fonds de solidarité, Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins and Fondaction CSN acquired Atis Group in February 2015 from Cyprium Partners.
