Penfund has held a second close for its seventh fund, Penfund Capital Fund VII with over $1 billion total capital commitments.
Launched in the summer of 2021, Fund VII is targeting $1.5 billion in total capital commitment.
Penfund’s sixth fund final closed in January 2019 with committed capital of $1.15 billion, exceeding Fund VI’s original fundraising target of $900 million.
Fund VII is led by General Partners (GPs), Richard Bradlow, Adam Breslin, Nicole Fich, and Jeremy Thompson.
