Newmarket, ON (pcJ News Briefs) – Platinex Inc. (CSE: PTX) intends to close a non-brokered private placement of 2,500,000 units at $0.16 per unit for gross proceeds of $400,000.
Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable into one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.20 on or before the date which is 12 months after the closing and thereafter at an exercise price of $0.30 on or before the date which is 60 months after the closing.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Platinex is currently focusing on the Shining Tree gold camp.
