Prairie Dog Brewing Canada Inc., a new community-oriented craft brewery and restaurant (brewpub) set to open in winter 2017, has raised $569,500 from 29 Canadian and US private investors.
Masuch Albert LLP acts as legal counsel to Prairie Dog Brewing.
Prairie Dog Brewing was founded in March 2016 by Gerad Coles, Laura Coles, Tyler Potter and Sarah Goertzen. The company board of directors consists of four founders, and Jason Potter and Achen Calyton.
