CPE News (4/19/2021) – ReelData has raised $2.5 million in funding led by S2G Ventures’ Ocean and Seafood Fund.
S2G Ventures’ Managing Director Larsen Mettler will join ReelData board of directors.
Founded by Mathew Zimola and Hossein Salimian, Ph.D., Halifax, Nova Scotia based ReelData is an artificial intelligence company that aims to help solve the world’s sustainability issues around food production by furthering land-based aquaculture. ReelData provides customized data and automation to land-based farmers to increase operational efficiency, save costs, grow fish faster, and reduce risks.
