CPE News (10/21/2020) – Achievers, a portfolio company of Silver Lake and P2 Capital Partners, has acquired TemboSocial Inc., a provider of employee feedback and recognition tools.
Led by founder and President Steven Green, Toronto based TemboSocial has been serving leading global companies for the past 17 years.
The acquisition of TemboSocial bolsters and extends Achievers’ enterprise solution for employee engagement with additional manager empowerment tools and easy-to-use surveys, forms, quizzes, and polls in one innovative platform.
Formerly known as I Love Rewards Inc., Toronto based Achievers was acquired by Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. on June 30, 2015 for US $103.5 million. Blackhawk Network was taken private by Silver Lake and P2 Capital Partners for US $3.5 billion in June 2018. Achievers was recently spun-out of Blackhawk to be directly owned by Silver Lake and P2 Capital Partners.
