VersaPay Corporation (TSX-V: VPY) has closed the sale of all of the assets and property related to the its Merchant Services business to BluePay Canada, ULC.
VersaPay has received $10,000,000 in cash and an additional earnout payment $1,000,000 will be payable to VersaPay 12 months following closing of the transaction.
BluePay is majority owned by TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm.
