The transaction is expected to increase Improving IT’s annualized revenue significantly, resulting in a collective annualized revenue exceeding US $200 million, and will further expand its geographic reach within the Canadian market.
Led by Jack Gulas, Michael Richardson and Mike Foxall, Ottawa based YoppWorks is a digital solutions firm focused on digital transformation through building new applications utilizing the latest Cloud technology. It specializes in Scala programming, Akka Open Source, cloud native technologies and the application of the Reactive Architecture.
Calgary and Dallas, Texas based Improving IT is a technology consulting, custom software solutions, and training firm focused in Agile and Microsoft (.NET).
In 2018, Trinity Hunt Partners, a Dallas, Texas based middle market private equity firm, acquired majority stake in Improving IT, in partnership with CEO Curtis Hite.
