TriWest Private Capital Inc. has held an initial close for TriWest Private Capital Growth Fund, L.P.
TriWest has yet to release any information and mandate about the the new fund.
The new fund will be managed by General Partners (GPs), Jeff Belford, Chad Danard, Ryan Giles, Mick MacBean, Norm Rokosh, and Dino DeLuca.
TriWest Private Capital Inc. is an affiliate of TriWest Capital Partners. Founded in 1998, TriWest Capital Partners is one of Canada’s leading private equity firms having raised over $1.25 billion of committed capital.
TriWest Capital Partners’s most recent fund, TriWest Capital Partners V is a $500 million 2014-vintage fund.
