Prior to joining PHEMI, Makos served as the President and CEO of Angoss Software, a Toronto based predictive analytics and data science company owned by private equity firm Peterson Partners. Makos has previously held the positions of VP of Analytics at SAP Canada, President of Teradata Canada, and VP of Financial Solutions at NCR Canada. Makos holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto.

Incoming CEO, Rick Makos, brings a strong customer-focus and extensive industry expertise, positioning the company for market expansion

In his new role as PHEMI CEO, Makos will lead the company’s expansion from healthcare and precision medicine to include the financial services, insurance, and other industries working with sensitive data.
