Edmonton, AB (pcJ News Briefs) – Visionstate Corp. (TSX-V: VIS) intends to complete a private placement of up to 17,000,000 common at $0.015 per share for gross proceeds of up to $255,000.
Visionstate intends to use the proceeds from the maximum offering as follows: $150,000 for inventory, sales and marketing of WANDA; $50,000 for sensor research and development project and $55,000 towards general operations.
