Vista Equity Partners’ Cvent closes QuickMobile acquisition

Cvent, Inc., a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, has completed previously announced acquisition of QuickMobile. Financial terms were not disclosed.

QuickMobile is a pioneer of mobile event apps. QuickMobile helps its customers deliver personalized, productive and fully-integrated events and meetings–across the enterprise and beyond–that captivate and engage attendees.

QuickMobile was backed by BDC Capital, TIMIA Capital, Vancity, and angel investors.

Tysons Corner, Virginia based Cvent is a leading cloud-based enterprise event management company. Cvent (formerly NYSE: CVT) was taken private by Vista Equity Partners for US $1.65 billion in November 2016.

Cvent Closes Acquisition of QuickMobile

The close of the acquisition will broaden and deepen Cvent’s already world-class mobile event app and onsite solution capabilities and help the company extend its reach in the marketplace through QuickMobile’s extensive partner network.
