Vistara Capital Partners has made a growth capital investment in Blueprint Software Systems Inc., a provider of industry-leading software solutions that accelerate and de-risk the digital transformation of large organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Blueprint Software Systems is backed by Tandem Expansion Fund, BDC Capital, The Walsingham Fund and Centana Growth Partners.
Led by its core product Storyteller™, Blueprint is focused on Agile planning for global mid-larger scale enterprise customers. The funding will primarily be used to further accelerate the Company’s direct and channel based sales and marketing efforts.
Blueprint currently serves hundreds of global customers, with over half of all Fortune 100 companies across the globe having chosen Blueprint to automate their most complex digital transformation challenges.
