VOSKER secures US $125M debt financing

CPE News (6.5.2024) – VOSKER has secured US $125 million in senior debt financing, consisting of US $110 million senior secured facilities and US $15 million accordion.

RBC acted as sole lead and bookrunner, and administrative agent. Lenders also included Export Development Canada (EDC), Scotiabank, National Bank of Canada, and Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec.

The oversubscribed financing round will enable VOSKER to advantageously recapitalize its debt structure and strategically position itself for future growth initiatives.

Founded by Yan Gagnon, Danny Angers, and Jimmy Angers, Victoriaville, Québec based VOSKER is a leading provider of cutting-edge surveillance solutions.

VOSKER has been backed by Garda World.

In December 2021, VOSKER raised $100 million in debt financing from HSBC Canada (now owned by RBC), Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, BDC and EDC.
