CPE News (11/04/2021) – Whitehorse Liquidity Partners Inc. has launched Whitehorse Liquidity Partners Equity Fund LP. Whitehorse Liquidity Partners has yet to make any announcement about the new fund.
Founded by Yann Robard, Toronto based Whitehorse Liquidity Partners is a specialized investment manager focused on providing structured liquidity solutions (secondary) to the alternative asset class.
Whitehorse Liquidity Partners held an initial close for its fifth fund, Whitehorse Liquidity Partners Fund V last month.
Not including the soon-to-be-closed Fund V, Whitehorse Liquidity Partners has raised over US $7.8 billion in commitments since its inception and has deployed over US $7.8 billion across 87 transactions.
Whitehorse Liquidity Partners Equity Fund LP would be Whitehorse Liquidity Partners’ first direct private equity fund.
