Wildeboer Dellelce acquires 50% of Numeric Answers

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP has acquired 50% of Numeric Answers Limited, a corporate services and bookkeeping company.

Toronto based Numeric Answers is led by founder & President Frances Zomer, C.A., and backed by Globacor Capital, a multi-family office. John Perry Bujouves, Chairman of Globacor Capital, serves as a director of the company.

Numeric Answers, which operates cross the street from Wildeboer Dellelce office, will now operate as WD Numeric Corporate Services.

Through the acquisition of Numeric Answers, Wildeboer Dellelce LLP has formed the WD Group of Companies. WCM Capital, an exempt market dealer founded in 2009 by the firm, will now operate as WD Capital Markets.
