CPE News (4/26/2021) – Xerox Holdings Corporation (NYSE: XRX) has acquired Groupe CT, a leading independent document management provider, from partners Tomy Bélanger and Stéphane Guérin.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Formerly known as Montreal Photocopieur, Laval Quebec based Groupe CT helps companies optimize their paper environment through digital document management. Operating from 5 offices in Quebec and Ontario, Groupe CT specializes in Canon, HP, Kyocera and Lexmark products.
Bélanger acquired the company in 2008 and was joined by Guérin as a partner in 2018.

Xerox Acquires Groupe CT, Expanding North America Reach in SMB Market

NORWALK, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Xerox has acquired Groupe CT, a leading independent document management provider in Eastern Canada.

This is the second acquisition targeting the Canadian SMB market in the last year. In March 2020, Xerox announced the purchase of Digitex, the largest independent services, software, and technology provider in Western Canada.
