CPE News (6/2/2021) – Yellow Point Equity Partners has held a second and likely final close for its fifth fund, its largest fund to date and approximately 25% larger than the 4th fund.
Led by Managing Partners, Brian Begert and David Chapman, Vancouver based Yellow Point Equity Partners is a private equity investment firm specializing in management buyouts and growth investments for mid-market companies in Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA.
Yellow Point Equity Partners’ investment team also includes Partners, David Phillips and Brad Hill, and Vice President Daniel McLaughlin.
