Zoom.ai secures $2.1M seed financing

Zoom.ai Inc. has announced the closing of a $2.1 million seed financing led by Extreme Venture Partners. Other investors include Betaworks NYC, MaRS IAF, CrowdMatrix, BDC Capital, Golden Triangle Angel Network members, Good News Venture Partners, TribalScale, Reuven Cohen, Randy Clements, and Ted Graham.

With new funding, Zoom.ai has started to expand the team to include sales, customer success, support and marketing. The company goal is to successfully target the large enterprise market.

Founded in 2016, Zoom.ai grew out of the need to minimize the distractions at work from operational tasks that limit productivity. Its mission is to give everyone in the company their own automated assistant so that they can focus on their higher-value job duties.
