Cold Bore Technology Inc, a Calgary based sonic development company for oil and gas industry, has raised $3.58 million from private investors from BC, Alberta, US, and Luxembourg.
Cold Bore Technology Inc. had previously raised $1.3 million on share and convertible debenture financing in December 2016.
