Completed Deals
PUBLIC – First Cobalt Corp. (TSX-V: FCC) has completed its non-brokered private placement of 12,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.50 per share for gross proceeds of $6,000,000. The private placement was fully-subscribed.
PUBLIC – LSC Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: LSC) has completed private placement of25,757,513 subscription receipts at 1.30 per receipt for gross proceeds of $33,484,766.80
PUBLIC – HPQ Silicon Resources Inc. (TSX-V: HPQ; FSE: UGE; OTCPK: URAGD) has completed the second and final tranche closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of 2,488,234 units at $0.17 per unit for gross proceeds of $423,000.
PUBLIC – Focus Graphite Inc. (TSX-V: FMS; OTCQX: FCSMF; FSE: FKC) has held a first closing of a non-brokered private placement of 12,493,536 units at a price of $0.075 per unit for gross proceeds of $937,015.
PUBLIC – Newstrike Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: NR) closed its previously announced private placement of 25,000,000 Subscription Receipts at a price of $0.125 per Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,125,000.
M&A – Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group has completed the acquisition of Telepin Software Corporation, a provider of digital financial services platforms to mobile operators. The acquisition is Volaris’ fifth acquisition in the communications vertical.
M&A – Gaz Métro Limited Partnership, through one of its subsidiaries, has acquired Rockville, Maryland based Standard Solar, Inc., a leading solar energy firm specializing in the development, installation and financing of commercial solar electric systems in many states across the United States.
Announced Deals
PUBLIC – Fission 3.0 Corp. (TSX-V: FUU) intends to close a non-brokered private placement of units at $0.07 per unit for up to $2 million and flow-through shares at $0.10 per share for up to $3 million.
PUBLIC – Husky Energy Inc. (TSX: KSE) has agreed to issue CDN $750 million in notes maturing on March 10, 2027. The 2027 Notes are being offered through a syndicate of agents led by CIBC World Markets Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., TD Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities Canada Inc.
PUBLIC – Titan Medical Inc. (TSX: TMD; OTCQX: TITXF) has engaged Bloom Burton Securities Inc., on a best efforts agency basis, for an overnight marketed public offering.
PUBLIC – ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: ENP) intends to close a non-brokered, private placement of 2,500,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $250,000.
PUBLIC – Appia Energy Corp. (CSE: API; OTC:APAAF; FSE/MUN/BERLIN: A0I) intends to close offering up to 3,000,000 working capital units at $0.35 per WC Unit for up to $1,050,000. The funds will be used to explore the recently acquired Otherside and Loranger properties to the drilling stage and for working capital.
PUBLIC – Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: NOB;, FSE: NB7; OTCPK: NLPXF) has engaged IBK Capital Corp. for a best efforts private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at $0.06 per NFT unit and of up to 10,000,000 flow-through units at $0.075 per FT unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,050,000.
