Inception Exploration Ltd., a Calgary based oil and gas exploration company, has raised $1.858 million in convertible notes from private investors from BC, Alberta, Italy and Germany. 2 unnamed German investor led the financing with $1.25 million.
Inception Exploration has raised $20.767 million including $18,909,000 raised since October 2016, $16 million of which came from one Swiss investor.
Torys LLP acted as legal counsel to Inception Exploration.
