iNovia Growth Capital Inc. has quietly held an initial close for its inaugural growth strategy fund, iNovia Growth Fund.
Chris Arsenault, Dennis Kavelman and Patrick Pichette are the General Partners of the new Growth Fund. Kavelman and Pichette recently joined iNovia to start the initiative for “full-stack” venture investing.
Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP acts as legal counsel to the fund.
iNovia Growth Capital has yet to make any announcements on the new fund.
iNovia Capital Inc. has been managing growth portfolio/fund on behalf of institutional clients, in addition to its three funds. The clients include Investissement Quebec, Teralys Capital, Northleaf, and a couple of family offices.
