According to a regulatory filing, InstarAGF Essential Infrastructure has held a third close, securing additional $27 million from two US and two other investors to bring the fund size to $549 million.
InstarAGF Essential Infrastructure is targeting $750 million for the fund.
InstarAGF Essential Infrastructure Fund, which includes InstarAGF Essential Infrastructure LP and parallel fund InstarAGF Essential Infrastructure AIE LP and InstarAGF Essential Infrastructure (USP) LP, held two closes in 2016 for $522 million.
