Perimeter Medical Imaging, Inc. has closed a new round of financing, which closed on February 27, 2107. Perimeter Medical Imaging has yet to announce the financing and total amount raised. Roadmap Capital Inc., through a new single purpose vehicle (SPV), invested $1.4 million as part of the new financing.
On July 15, 2015, Perimeter Medical Imaging completed a $5 million Series A financing led by Roadmap Capital with participation from EPIC Capital, NorthView Ventures and Pathfinder Asset Management. Roadmap Capital invested $2 million through a SPV.
Series A was announced about week later after the closing, new financing is expected to be announced next week or later.
